Nike Air Jordan 13 (XIII)

The Air Jordan XIII was designed by Tinker
Hatfield, and released in 1997. The retail price was
$150.00, and featured zoom air, carbon fiber, and
hologram. This model was inspired by a black panther and
many said Mike moved like one. The hologram represents
the eye of the panther, but over years the hologram
usually becomes foggy. The Air Jordan XIII is a very
comfortable shoe and truly a great basketball
shoe.
In 2004-2005, the Air Jordan XIII was retroed,
and the retail price was $150.00. The original black/red
colorway was released on 12/22/04, and sold out in
minutes. They also released more colorways in 2005,
including the "Altitudes" (all black with lime green
soles). The Air Jordan XIII (also came in low top models
and the retail price was $130.00.)
