2008 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Atlanta Release Recap Video
All sneakerheads and sneakernerds know that Nike’s 2008 Doernbecher Freestyle Sneaker Collection was released today, November 14th. Many tried their luck online (Nike.com) and some were sucessful while others missed out. Most people camped out at their local NikeTown with hopes of leaving with the Air Jordan 1 High DB that Tony Taylor Jr. designed. We know that it was a total of six sneakers, but the majority of people were only craving for the J’s. Without a doubt, the Jordans sold out instantly!
TSG was on hand at the Atlanta Nike Store Lenox Square release and we honestly believe we have found the WORLD’s #1 Air Jordan fan. We didn’t focus on the line as much because Justin deserved our full attention (seriously!). Watch the video and meet Justin…he’s hilarious! I was on the side of the road with car trouble and bubble guts @ 7A. I called up my local nurse and had her get there in just a nick of time for my size 10.5′s. She was #20 in line and I got to rest easy for the rest of the day!
