A Nightmare on eBay – Say No to Fakes Vol. 12
For this edition of Say No to Fakes we wanted to warn people about all the fake Freddy Krueger sample SB Dunks that are floating around. Some sellers on eBay are at least being smart about this scam by only selling size 9 (sample size) Freddy’s. Other’s have sizes 8-12 available (dead giveaway). Their asking prices are around $120-ish, and sometimes higher. Don’t be fooled! One of the most obvious signs of them being fake is the chrome swoosh which has very little “bling” action, even with the flash on.
We just wanted to give all the Freddy SB lovers a heads up. Please be careful and don’t get played. People that actually have a real pair of Freddy samples want $2,000-$4,000. Although this should be common sense, we’ve found out that common sense isn’t so common for everyone.
See what you started Nike SB? You guys might want to release them after all. Whether their real or fake your name is still attached. Just something to think about! Anyhow, TSG readers use wisdom and don’t get burnt. On the flip side, we know someone that would rock these in a heartbeat… CLICK HERE

I don’t advocate the purchase of fake brands and knockoffs, but I’ll admit I don’t find any harm in buying a pair of these kicks fake if the price is less than $60. Not sure if anyone here realizes the rarity of these shoes nike only made a finite amount of these, so just think about what are a million freddy fans supposed to do when there are only 100 real pairs of these around and tons of knock offs. I’d go for the latter. But yeah go buy real jordans or nikes considering they retro every year. Nike canceled the release of these so good luck owning the little real pairs out there $2k um is never reasonable for shoes, thats a car down payment…get real sneakerheads.
