Adidas Jam Master Jay Pack
Everyone knows Run-DMC put Adidas on the map like MJ put Nike in the game. Unfortunately Run-DMC lost group member Jason Mizell aka Jam Master Jay on October 30, 2002. Yesterday makes 5 years since JMJ’s death, but although he’s no longer around in the flesh his name will never die. He is truly a Hip Hop pioneer that made a mark that will never be erased and on November 29th the J.A.M Awards will be held, a special benefit concert that focuses on rap’s social responsibility.
Meanwhile Adidas created a sneaker four pack to pay homeage the legendary JMJ. The pack features an image of DJ JMJ on the tongue and the sneakers were designed with an old skool touch. Three Brougham JMJ’s and a Ultrastar JMJ will release exclusively at Footaction late November. Retail will range between $70-$80. via Complex
