Derrick is my man and all, we’re Chi kids, but I just wish he wasn’t with Adidas. I was hoping he would have switched brands at some point, but that huge lifetime deal isn’t exactly something to sneeze at.
He’s the kind of hard working, humble, grounded selfless star that JB should have had on it’s roster. And they should have gone after him hard when he came into the league.
Oh no, that’s right, instead they signed their own draft pick, DJ Augestine to a JB contract.
