Pretty good video, although the background noise doesn’t help much. I’m still not going to buy this shoe. I have a pair of Jordan 1′s, and I like them. But I don’t feel that I need more than one pair. If this shoe is something you want, I hope you get ‘em. But it’s not for me.
You know I can’t wait for the k.o 1′s. those are going to be my favorite 1′s next to my Hare 1′s. I also might cop the nike air griffeys grey/teal c.w since there just sitting there stalking me everytime I go to footlocker.
I will most likely cop. I just love the canvas on them.

I think they’re only gonna drop these in these two colorways, and they SAID 5000 pairs each, but who knows…..either way, I doubled up on both and for me personally, it was WELL worth it. Wore em the other day and they’re real nice.
These dropped at Nike Sportswear Tokyo this past Saturday.

They also had the Silver Anniversary 3′s, 4′s, 9′s, and 11′s, plus a few new Lebron 7′s, Oreo 6′s, Motorsports 6′s, and a few other newer releases.

The area around the display with the SA J’s was DESERTED apart from one guy rockin’ Carmines, who was buying the 9′s, which I thought looked the best out of all of em.

At the AJKO area, 3-4 guys were sitting down trying their stuff on, and they bought 3 pairs of each colorway…..6 pairs of KO EACH…..I didn’t see anyone NOT double up on these…..the clerk said they had TONS of em in the back, and they were selling fast…..

Hit up Kinetics next, and the said the same thing…..they got a huge shipment and were selling alot of em too…

I only mention it because the 5000 number seems a bit low to me.
Can’t wait for these! Anybody passing these is an idiot or a vigrin. Mos def doubling up on both.

An all canvas AJ1, I know this a “big deal” shoe, and I want it, I really do… but when I wear, it’s gonna feel like walking on CARDBOARD!!! If I cop, it will be entirely for collecting purposes only… would that be a waste of money??? I am not sure..???

Hey I don’t use sea glow, but I have more pairs shoes than I can count.. all I have to do is ask a fellow sneaker friend to let me borrow some or tell me where to buy some, and I’m cool… what is the big deal here?

Sea Glow is a solution for whitening yellow soles…
I just found some on Ebay for $11.99 from a retr0kickz… not bad.
If I get these KOs, I’d leave the “stained” outsoles… leave the vintage look. But some ppl want them looking spanking new. How about this, ppl should cop 2 pairs, keep one pair as si, and “sea glow” the other pair, then you’ll have 2 pairs in kinda different conditions, problem solved…!

Hey, I don’t use it, but I do have something called E-Z Cleaner and works just as well. It’s a highly concentrated solution, yellow/greenish color like piss, and it wipes off any dirt, instantly. But don’t rub too much, cuz then the color of the shoe starts to come off… Man I would leave these KOs alone, they look fine!!!

@ Am95. good looking out. @ Got Jordan I didn’t know what sea glow was till now and I don’t need none. I now have 30 something pair of kicks in and I wear them once a month so there’s no way I can mess up a pair to need some sea glow. wear them, wipe them off, put em back in the box.
man those AJKO are nice too bad im broke oh well maybe i can trade for some on solecollector

I just got word from a few friends of mine that the yellow and ashy bottom actually can rub off. I’ll probably leave mine the way they are because in my opinion, these are how they’re supposed to look in the 1st place, but I was just curious if it was true or not.

gotjordans? I have no idea what AJKO stands for to be completely honest….I’ve tried to ask around, but never gotten a solid answer as most people don’t have the KO’s on their radar, let alone know in depth stuff about em.

And I’m for real, I have no idea what that Sea Glow stuff is although now I’m gonna look it up…..I clean my older kicks with my “secret solution” (Dawn + Simple Green) and that’s it. Yellow soles don’t bother me too bad, so it’s not something I’d look into correcting since I don’t see anything “wrong” with em…..
I’ve had these for about two weeks now and I can honestly say that these are one of the dopest releases this year…The canvas materials on the sneaker make it 1000% a different sneaker then the 1′s….YO G im gonna send you an email that I think you might find pretty interseting about the AJKO…

Got mine last week and I like them a lot. Not a big 1′s fan but I knew the importance of this release. I may need another pair because these are someting you stash deep in the closet and for get about because they may not drop these for another 25 years and I want a pair DS.

@TokyoMike I feel you that 5000 pairs number seems a bit low for a shoe that is being sold like hotcakes over seas and was on websites here for the last 2-3 weeks for cheaper shipped than it will be on the release? SMH. I think they say 5000 to make people feel special. Lol
wont have to worry about me getting any. I understand the importance, however i cant be walkin about in dirty shoes, just doesnt make centz
sea glow is a cleaning agent used mainly for boats and marine vehicles to clean up the yellowing on a boats clear coat etc…people use it for clear soles (i.e. the XI is popular for this use) and its brings the soles back to clear, works well if you know use it correctly. your welcome hypebeasts LOL
I got mine today. i cleaned the rust off the bottom and changed the shoe strings and now mine look as close to the og’s as you can get. They are fire.
I could only find these on rmkstore and pys.com. rmk was askin way too much for all pre orders. Pys sold out of the black white red. Had to order white and red but for only 120 flatfree shipping. Couldn’t find out what major shoe chain is gonna have em if any.
might be wrong but i believe AJKO stands for Air Jordan Knock Off.. since it was made with canvas and made to look like the original leather colorway.. at least thats what i remember from back back in the day..

I remember heads saying that if you had them. Thats why they wasn’t popular around my way. It was a “Knock Off” because people wanted the leather. The canvas got dirty quick and who wanted dirty lookin kicks? There was no such thing as vintage. I ain’t gonna say thats why they named them that but I do remember them being called knock offs. Lol. They didn’t get popular till they became hard to find.
