Air Jordan 5 x Air Force 1 Fusion Black/ Red
Next year Jordan Brand will introduce a number of Fusions. In January the Air Jordan 12 and Air Force 1 Fusion will release, and a few days ago we reported on the AJ3/AF1 Fusion. Back in October we posted the Fire Red Air Jordan 5 and Air Force 1 Fusion. Thanks to Air-Randy we now have up close shots of the black/red AJ5/AF1 Fusion. This colorway has never been seen until now. They feature a black base with red accents and the #23 on the side. Let the Fusion wave begin, in 2008 that is!

These shoes are like running up on Thai Transexuals…..from the back I was like “DAAAMN!!!” Then I seen the side and was like “UHHhhh, I don’t know about this….” Finally I see it from the front and I’m like “F#CK, THAT’S A DUDE!!!”

Love the soles, love the way it looks from the back, but it looses me with the front end somehow….gotta look at em in person to make a good call.

the patent leather with the suede is no good, when the 3′s come out thats going to be the biggest colorway for them in my opinion. These kicks are alright i wouldn’t rock them though, maybe the fire red’s would be hot.
The white ones are harder, they should have stuck to the original colorway on this one too

Like I said in the bred XX3 thread. I would rather have the black/red color over any other color. This fusion is just sick with the 23 and bred colorway. When is this color suppose to release? Does anyone know how many fusions will release next year?
ugghhhhh still not liking anything outta the fusions…i feel like they should have just left 2 great shoes alone. just b/c 2 things are sweet doesnt mean that they’ll alwasy go well by mixing’em together and i feel like a lot of people will buy’em just b/c they’ll feel like “ohshit 5′s and af1′s, these have to be hot!” the patent leather is whack and the clear sole is gonna be jacked up so bad after a few wears. they shoulda also put the air unit in the sole too.
THEZ IS DOPE!!!!!! the only thing that is a love and hate are the soles. I love the clear bottoms, but damn all my 5′s that dropped last year are already turning yellow, i have then in plastic clear boxes with silica packs in the boxes, the shoes in clear plastic bags wit silica packs in those and still yellowing………..smh. I’ve worn the shoes probably 4 times at the most (2 never worn) and i still notice slight yellowing. So when i see these clear beautiful icey bottoms it breaks my heart to know they’ll be yellow in no time.
Oh hell yeah. These and the white black pair will be in my closet. Best fusions so far!

JB did a good job on this concept. The fusion was a great idea and the colorways and materials used can go on for years. I just hope they don’t make too many of them. Not bad.

The air jordan 5 fusion is the best nike jordan fusion out of the three. This is a hot colorway surprisingly, this is somethin I would buy. Although I would wanna see more og colorways. G-Roc I agree wit you 100% about the yellowed soles. .. somebodys gonna need tons of sea glow
