It’s been 14 long years since the black/true red Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” were released. After many years they will finally return with their original Chicago Bulls inspired make up. At the beginning of last month we reported on and posted pics of the ”holy grail” status AJVIII “Playoffs”, but today TSG presents you with an up close and detailed look. Jordan Brand decides to retro the “Playoff” VIII colorway this year as their annual Holiday release. As of right now the release date is set for December 22nd.

i love these what kind of material is that on the upper?
Not a huge fan of the 8′s, but how could I pass on the Aqua’s and the Playoffs? The cracked effect is nice on the toe box.
I remember when JB dropped the low top version back in 2003. I sold the mess out of the pairs I had. It’s great to see them return so true to the OG’s.

violated probation wit a felony. long story but it was a blessing.if that didn’t happen my life was gonna be on the line over some dumb got stabbed in the back type stuff. but alot of praying and 20 grand got me out. god is good and life is good i’ll be off probation in november, been dealing wit the system since 04. I told ya’ll in the TSG 1 Year write up that I use to do a lot of wrong things. I didn’t say that to earn any type of fame, that ish is not cool at all. Like I said before it’s a blessing to be FREE and still living.
JB has been trying to tell ya’ll all year to “DO THE RIGHT THING”, and although I might not agree with the entire collection, I certainly agree with the message
Stay legit and leave the hot lifestyle alone, cuz you will get caught one day if you try to make a living do illegal things.
THE SYSTEM WAS NOT DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD IN ANY WAY!
I don’t mean to start preaching, but Proverbs 3:5 says Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. 3:6 says In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
I don’t know about ya’ll, but G-Roc is going to roll with that. I mean I don’t understand everything in this cold, sick and evil world, but I know Jesus saved me from alot of stuff in my past. He cleaned me up, took me out of the darkness and now I see the light.
You’ll be amazed how many people are lost, but they think it’s nothing wrong with the way they live. It’s like soon as I got saved and actually started paying attention at church everything started making sense. I was like “ohhhhhhhh so that’s how it’s done” lol
Sorry for the long comment guys, and I know this is TheShoeGame but it’s more to life than just sneakers…It just so happens sneakers play a BIG role in my life.
