This segment of today’s Jordan news should definitely take you back for a minute. When you see or talk about the Jumpman Team Pro what comes to mind? The only word we can come up with is flashback. This is probably the most wanted/most popular Team Jordan shoe to date, and Jordan Brand has decided to bring them back. They will return in OG colorways as well as retro + colorways. I wanted these bad back in the day. Black/Blue to be exact.
I still got my OG breds DS in the box!!! Im gonna get em for sure! I wish they kept the jumpman logo as stitching but who cares, these were hella comfy!

DAMN IT. I knew JB was going to mess up one of the OG jumpman pros colorways!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean why put contrast stiching on the black/blue ones?

how ironic, i saw a dude w/ the black/ red ones on the other day. i was wonderingi f they were retro’s or originals. whatever the case, these take me back to HS. i recall when KG was wearing these his rookie year. if i’m not mistaken, these were around $100-110 back then. whatever the case, i’m excited these bad boys returned. wize rating: 9

I remember these. First Jordan shoe I ever had. Black/Blue colorway back in senior year of High School….and the first time I ever had a stranger ask me about my kicks….I though they were retro’ed already once before along with the Pro Quick’s. Eitherway I’ll be happy to grab a pair of these.

These were the illest. I remember EDDIE JONES use to rock these. These are a must cop. The black and blue and red and black joints are the OG’s meaning they are the only ones worth copping.

SERIOUSLY… REALLY… SERIOUSLY… ????????? When these dropped as the flagship for JB I couldn’t help but think, “These SUCK so bad that it can only get better from here”! SERIOUSLY, ya’ll need to get out of nostalgia-land because if we’re all brutally honest… they’re not that good… they’re just the first! Ok, from a more critical view… yeah, the contrast stitching doesn’t work!

man, talk about a throwback, i was in elementary/about to go to jr high when these dropped, they were dope back then, and theyre still looking good, but i really would love another retro of the Jumpman Team 1
I remember these making me feel so official in elementary school. Moms came home one day and said “here” face lit up like crazy and I wore em to school the next day when we had an “in school sleepover” (something u can’t do nowadays) I laid em by my pillow that night thinkin one of my classmates would take em.

Alright… I get it now! I still remember my first pair of Reeboks that rocked the flag on the side back in 5th grade. So many of you are talking about rocking these in elementary and what not… like when the sneaker bug first hit ya! I’m in my 30′s and I guess since I was fresh out of H.S. when theses dropped… these stunk! But if they were my first pair rocking a jumpman then I might think a little differently. When JB launched I had years under my belt already that made me a little more discerning. So, I get it and can appreciate your fond memories of these. I do agree that the Team J.’s that looked similar to the 12′s and had the red bubble jumpman on the ankle are a lot better than these (circa 97/98 I think).
