Air Jordan True Flight – 2009 Preview
Next year Jordan Brand will introduce a new model which has been named the “True Flight”. Obviously the Air Jordan True Flight is inspired by the classic 1992 Air Jordan 7. It’s safe to say the True Flight is just a geeked up version of the Air Jordan 7, so if you’re a fan of the AJ7 it’s a strong possiblity you’ll invest in a pair of the True Flights.

It’s 7s meets transformers.. Terrible concept.. JB needs to stop with the nonsense.. N bring back what we all know and love ( and they know it too) all they’re doing is making me shake my head n say “tisk tisk”.. Boooo JB, booooo lol
Hmmm, it should be some interesting thoughts in here. Of course I’d rather rock with the og make up, but if I hooped I would probably get a pair. I understand it’s a business for JB, so I see why they do what they do. It’s all about making $$$$ at the end of the day.

I understand the money aspect.. That’s just cuz it’s gonna be a mass production shoe.. But still.. I’m a big fan of 7s.. N that just makes me dislike this shoe even more
It was juz a matter of time til JB found another way other than the fusions to release some kind of fusion, but my hoopin collection is gon get a lil bigger, N yea 4sho them bluez r mine 2!!!

Actually like the white/black/wine the best! Rocked that same colorway VII Jr. year H.S. hoops! IDK… it does look like a mix between the 7 and a transformer so props to comment #1. I heard the ticket is $140… that’s too much… should drop at a buck ten – maybe a buck twenty. I’ll pick em’ up on clearance!

THEY WANT TO MAKE JORDANS SPECIAL AGAIN, so no more retros like they used to bring them out, i think its a good idea, i wanna see what they do with the other jordans, this is interesting to me

^ Yea, furturistic indeed. I kinda see the light now, JB is seperating their fanbase; OGs & New Booties. The OGs will prefer simplistic cw retros. The N’Booties will cop anything/P.O.S.like these “almost VIIs.” Maybe this retro era will end soon, but OGs like me keep it original all day everyday.
These are OK…..if the comfort’s there, and the pricepoint’s decent, I’d grab a pair of the white/blue joints.

Stop waisting our time n money jb. Just release the original shoes already!!..I’m tired of these tweaked versions of the 11s, 7s and so on. Get 2 the point and keep your fans happy with the shoes we grew 2 love. Don’t just give us ugly versions of them and expect us 2 eatem up…even tho a lot of ppl are….
i like the concept of bringin there old and missing with the new technology.

Hmmm…I smell where JB is going. I understand the updates for performance reasons. But….fashion wise…jus…not there, for me. They look like Jose Conseco (steriods)7’s. I wonder who will be rocking these in the NBA next season? I am sure u will see a lot of these in various team colorways. Sorry no dice for me tho!! I’ll pass……
