Asics GT II – Salmon/Baby Blue
The Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III “Salmon Toe” was first seen as a sample, but after endless petitions from fans it persuaded Ronnie to release them for his KithNYC opening. Thanks to Theophilus London, here are images of another possible salmon colorway in the form of the Asics GT II model.
These Asics GT II was first spotted at the 2009 Bread & Butter Berlin tradeshow. The entire upper is in a pigskin suede/nubuck material similar to the “Ultra Marine” colorway. Just like the Gel Lyte III Salmon Toe, these could possibly go from a sample promo to the production line. Stay tuned to TSG for the latest info and photos of the Asics GT II Salmon/Baby Blue.

I saw these at the salmon toe release, a couple of his employees at kith were wearing them. When I asked ronnie about them he said that they were samples and he was not planing on releasing them.

Nice but wouldn’t bother trying for a pair. Wouldn’t call him a 1 trick pony, he’s got a theme and is sticking to it. Boring for some but his pockets prove it’s a winning recipe.
I understand he has a formula but it’s literally shot of shoe in hand shot of shoe in detail , shot of shoe on woman. Then a little 3 sentence statement describing the shoe followed by an announcement it’s limited too 300 pairs.like if he shook it up with like little details or special packaging that would be nice.i respect him and how he does business but his
