Yesterday was the big day, but did you have any luck? Many people camped out in front of their local stores and others tried their luck last night online via Jordan Brand’s Flight Club. Any success?

hell no i didnt have any luck. logged in and went thru shipping process then it said sold out. same thing happend with the aj2 eminems

Fell asleep lol. I didn’t even bother attempting to obtain these.
When the Eminem 313 II’s drop, Flightclub loaded so slow that by the time click check out, my size was all gone. So this time I didn’t even try, but I know a lot of Nt’ers that got these, and shame to say, but some or them are resellers. *Shakehead*, maybe next year JB.

I flew through the checkout and thought I had my 11.5 locked. At the final screen is said something along the lines of “due to popular demand for these shoes, this size has sold out. please try again later.” Organized chaos at it’s finest.

wasn’t worth my time…don’t in china it cost like 10 dollars to make these shoes…but we pay 110 times that..smh if I wasn’t addicted to fly so much lol

we all know they do and i think i speak for everyone when i say that the value isnt in how much it costs to create the product; but the cost of the finish product.

Ok. This has to be the worst story of all. Several folks were waiting out the DTLR in columbia only to find out that the the shoe was being sold at another in Annapolis MD. This change of events left many sneakerheads very very pissed. Good thing the 11/12 package came out that previous saturday which i believe let many folks content wheather they got the limited 23s or not!!! I think most people were looking to resale or trade the shoe anyway. The 23 is not a very popular design and i think most sneaker heads would agree

^^^^^Hamdiddy, I love the Picasso analogy. That’s a good way to compare the two. I was at Footlocker today getting the Spizikes and there was about 6/7 people asking how to find the 11/12 CDP. I was laughing to myself. I got them, but I know a lot of people were left disappointed. I will admit, that lately the quality of shoes hasn’t been the best, the 11/12 CDP is great quality. IMO the 11s are even better quality the DMP’s. F**k the 23’s, I wanna hear the stories about the 11/12 CDP!!!!!!!!

True Story: I was at the mall the same day those joints came out and I swear that the lines at every shoe store( Footlocker, Finish Line, Footaction, Champs, Athlete’s Foot, and DTLR) was packed like a mofo. Anyway, I went in the mall to cop some SB’s from my favorite lil skate shop and whatever, and I seen some grown ass men arguing with some teens about who was in line first.LOL. SMH…I’ve also seen cats in there who had bought like multiple packs and they were boasting like hell about how they had got there early and how they wanted to resell…you know the typical hypebeast. lol. Long story short, I had seen a lot of happy faces and a lot of screw faces. Also those same cats that were boasting with the multiple packs were the same cats that got mugged right before they got to their cars. It was messed up, but that’s how hype can influence a lot….and what had me laughing was that people were going crazy over a GENERAL RELEASE!! LMAO. Once again, this is a true story…this occured at the Southlake Mall in Morrow, GA.
I didnt try 2 get them cause it would of been like running from a dog & getting hit by a car Lmao so y waste the energy, but I do have the 11/12 pack those were way more important 2 my collection holla!
FYI I live in New Orleans & Chris Paul was doing some kind of giveaway thing at an Toys R Us out here (& o yea he had the black/red 23’s on wth an blk/red jordan joggin fit 2 go wth it)tht lucky bastard LMAO & this was 12/21/08

House Of Hoops can kiss my ass. Drove all the way there. My friend and I were 21 and 22 in line. They decided to ONLY sell 20 pairs, at the last minute. I even verified the day before with management that all 23 would be sold, before I made the 6 hour drive. Nike, JB, and Footlocker should be ashamed that they don’t care to make sure all pairs reach customers, on a release like this.

Well I live in AK (that’s Alaska for some who don’t know)! So no standing in line for sneakers here. I also had a bad Flight Club trial as Brooklynnyc3000 stated so I did’nt even bother. I did manage to get 3 11/12’s though (Shoutout to Nancy x Mouse x Footlocker Fairbanks AK for comming through)!!!
Overkill on the AJ23 if you ask me. That colorway looks like something a fake factory in china would come up with.
damn guys i def feel the pain. i couldnt bother for the the XX3’s cuz im overseas but i had more bad luck with the 11/12’s. footlocker, eastbay, finishline.com all screwed me over 1201 new york time and it took me til 1204 to get to checkout where it froze and i couldnt even get back to any of the sites. IT should def take a look at that. I was still able to get em though =) but had to pay over retail…but hey i completed my collection so im grateful as ever.
I am proud to say that I was successful after my Atlanta/hometown plans fell completely through. I took a trip to City Gear in Memphis TN (1st of the 23 stores) and after all the blood, sweat and tears- I opened my box to find out I am a single digit out of 529 owner… It’s one of the first 5 pair actually… and yes, My pair is My size and not for sale. My titaniums were #389 so I was pretty damned stoked….///
Oh yeah, My Eminems were delivered this morning. All I can say it, Merry effing Christmas mang…///
I have video of everything during our release (including the pairs being removed from an Armored Truck). I just have to find a way to extract it from my iPhone3g… I am a music wiz, never messed with video though…///

I as well flew through tried to fly through the checkout and thought I had my 13 locked. The entire site went down and froze for me.
After refreshing the screen which took over 15 minutes, the item was still in my cart.

through getting fucked on the 11/12 pack i cam up on the xx3’s by PURE LUCK, but i feel everybody’s pain on that 1 minute sellout shit, i lost out on the moto’s fuckin with the internet sites, i was in checkout at 12:00 straight up, i still dont see how its possible!! and on the 18-20 pairs, they did the same thing with the cdp at all the retail stores, whats real f’ed up is that the employees sit theirs to the side first so by the time the stores open, its only 6-8 pairs available in all the SMALLER sizes!! step ya game up, jb!!!
ALL I GOT TO SAY IF FUCK THE FLIGHT CLUB GOT JACKED ON BOTH THE 23′S AND THE 2′S DAMN SERVER CRASHED BOTH TIMES TIRED OF ONLINE BULLSHIT.
Paid damn near a stack but I didn’t camp in front of Walter’s for a week. Had to have them though and that’s the most I have ever dropped for a shoe. Since I have the Titanium’s I had to get these. # 50. Not mad at all. Merry X-Mas everyone.

But my 11/12 story… My boy left without me at 2am in the morning, got his pack, text me about it. Woke up at 6, searched constantly and finally found a pair that was only $380 shipped..

I got a pair and I cussed out a couple of sneakerheads who bought some pairs to re-sell. Why? It’s people like that that kill the scene and drive the prices of shoes up. Seriously, the ones that you re-sell could be a pair that your fellow sneakerhead can wear. re-selling the shoes at high prices only tells Nike that they can price their next releases higher because they can tell that someone is willing to pay.
Got my hands on a pair after caming out in all the boroughs except Brooklyn and made a midnight run to Annapolis, MD where i won a raffel out of 291 people. They are Fire and definetely a peice of History. I snagged my size also. 8.5
