Blast from the Past: Spike Fall 1997

| March 31, 2010 | Comments (37)

Everyone remembers Eastbay, but do you remember the Spike catalog by Finish Line? Yes, before sneaker websites, forums, and blogs, this is where sneaker fiends got their news for upcoming sneakers. Here’s my Spike issue from Fall 1997 that was collecting dust, and after last week’s Blast from the Past Eastbay edition, I figured TSG readers would appreciate this segment of Blast from the Past. This issue will take you back down memory lane for sure. Where were you in Fall 1997? Well, I was a freshmen in High School (what up, Creekside) trying to stay on top of my Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nautica game… and of course make good grades in school. What about you? Let us know in the comments section after you view the pages.

Seen in this Spike issue is the Air Jordan 13, Brett Favre’s Zoom Jet Mid, Air Super SB, Fila Grant Hill IV, Air Super Zoom, Air Total Max Uptempo, Jordan Jumpman Pro, Converse All Star 91, and much more. Enjoy!
