How Nike+ Works

Nike+ is designed for athletes who like to run with music and who want to measure and monitor their progress toward their goals. To get instant workout feedback, you’ll need Nike+ ready shoes and either a Nike+ SportBand or an iPod® nano and Nike + iPod Sport Kit (which includes a sensor and iPod nano receiver).

When placed under the sockliner of the left Nike+ ready shoe, the sensor measures your pace, distance, time elapsed and calories burned. This information is transmitted wirelessly to the receiver for real-time audio feedback while you listen to your favorite workout music. Learn more. Nike+

How Nike Air Works

Durable. Versatile. Revolutionary. Nike Air was the first air technology developed at Nike, and it changed the way we think about cushioning: encapsulated air to cushion the footstrike in athletic shoes. It remains the standard in impact protection more than 20 years after its debut.

Let me tell you guys that these freakin sneakers are freakin AWESOME! Mad comfortable and light. These are like the second most comfortable sneaker I have ever worn.

I got the Volt and I can care less that it don’t match almost non of my clothes. That is how comfortable they are.

Price = WORTH IT! Its a freaking Air Max and they are not cheap

Great for running in the streets or on the track too by the way lol

    WARNING!!!
Not for hard training cause you can barely feel the difference between a Nike Shox and this for hard training and long workouts. Ran in the dirt with them and it felt weird.
