Burn baby Burn! – Say No to Fakes Vol. 14
When buying sneakers we have to be extremely careful. Take our very own TSG reader ATLforces33 for example. He recently bought a pair of black/cement Air Jordan 4′s, but after a close inspection he later found out the 4′s were fake. He’s a well respected dude in Atlanta, and he’s very aware of all the rules in the sneaker culture. With that said, he informed me that he would make a special video for our Say No to Fakes series. Well, he’s done with the video and I’m sure all our readers will get a kick out of what he did. Burn baby burn is all I care to say, and the moral of this video is…say no to fakes!

When I got screwed and bought fakes I was pissed as all hell and wanted to mangle the sneakers just like the dude in the video. But when all is said and done what have you done by ruining a pair of shoes. Sure its a statement against fakes and for collectors and shoe heads it makes sense, but even though the quality is poor there are kids all over the world who have no sneakers at all and could care less about the authenticity. I decided to give my shoes away to a agency that distributes shoes in Africa. Call me a supporter of terrorism for not burning or destroying the kicks but my money was already gone so I figured I could at least make my bad experience some what positive.he ebay name and created a fake account on a well-known sneaker forum website.

got em from another collector who honestly didnt know…
bought them and some cg IX’s (which were real)…
the collector ended up giving me his white/cement III’s from 03 in the place and let me give these a “proper send off”
