C2 x The Simpsons Vans “Frosted Donut”
On July 14th Vans released their super limited (1400 pairs) Simpsons pack. The pack featured 12 artist, each artist hand picked a Vans silhouette and designed them with their favorite character from The Simpsons. The list of artist are Mr. Cartoon, Stash, Futura, Todd James, KAWS, Neckface, Sam Messer, David Flores, Taka Hayashi, Tony Munoz, Gary Panter, and Geoff McFetridge. After spotting these “Frosted Donut” Vans we can easily say pro customizer C2 should’ve also been included in the project.
C2 made customs that pay homeage to Homer and Springfield’s police favorite snack, the Frosted Donut. As Homer would always say “Mmm…Donuts”, you can clearly see how these Vans resemble the pink sprinkled Frosted Donut that Homer craves.
When Vans finds out about C2′s “Frosted Donut” customs how could they not be impressed? The Chukka was made for Ty of Leaders1354, and the Slip-On is available for anyone that desires to own a pair.
