ESPN Presents : “It’s Gotta Be The Shoes”

Michael Jordan is considered to be the greatest basketball player to ever touch the hardwood floor. Even years after his retirement, his legacy still lives on through his iconic sneakers. His Jumpman logo represents the best of the best and will never accept anything less.

To commemorate Michael Jordan’s 50th birthday, ESPN made a video that shows the evolution of MJ’s sneakers and what his sneakers meant to the world. NBA superstars LeBron James, Chris Paul, and Ray Allen also made an appearance to talk about what MJ meant to them. Check out the full video of ESPN’s “It’s Gotta Be The Shoes”.

    Shout out to the old heads who got to watch the man play and witness the 3s,5s,11s ect come out for the first time. Remember when he cut a hole in the toebox of his 6s cause of his toe injury. I was like “sacrilege!”
