Fire Red Jordan Spizike Update
Jordan Brand released the Fire Red Spiz’ikes on May 16th as an Jumpman23 exclusive. Due to the $295 retail price the Fire Red Spiz’ikes sold poorly. Spiz’ikes alone retail for $175 and the package was $295, so it was like paying $100 for a messenger bag. Many collectors were turned off by the retail price, and as a result Jordan Brand was left with many pairs that didn’t sell.
Jordan Brand just recently released the Fire Red Spiz’ikes in Asia as a quickstrike release minus the messenger bag. No word if these will hit the US, but it wouldn’t be shocking. via Kix-Files
UPDATE: We have just been informed that the Fire Red Spiz’ikes have hit select Nike outlets!
I hop these hit the U.S. i was a kinda angry at the $300 price tag. I hop nike drops them to the regular price

i would deff cop. but these are nice, and yeah i was dissapointed that these were 300. and how people were tryna sell for 600.

i have an account with jumpman 23.com and i was told they were sold out too so how all of a sudden the come up with pairs that weren’t sold cuz i would’ve definitely liked to have those pairs if anyone know any of those select nike outlets in nyc let me know asap
^Once the news hit about the $295 price tag I knew they wouldn’t sell out. People bought them, but they didn’t sell out like normal JB online exclusives. One of my close friends was like G these are going to sell out, and I was like yeah…ok
A few days after the release they told me “you were right”. They said they didn’t sell well and that JB might send them to select accounts without the bag. After that nothing happen then news pops up that they hit Asia and Nike outlets.
All I can say is keep your eyes peeled and call around.
