History of the Nike Air Force 1

OK, so maybe you’ve seen this already, and if you haven’t check it out. The AF1 has a massive fan base, but how many people can honestly say they know the history? This documentary breaks down the history AF1 fans need to know. Baltimore is responsible for the AF1 fame, and the AF1 craze eventually hit Philly & New York. If it wasn’t for those three cities where would the AF1 be today? That’s a difficult question to answer. The Nike 1Vote campaign only hit Baltimore, Philly, and New York because of the I-95 connection, and those cities played such a major role in AF1 history.

In this video you will learn how the AF1 was resurrected, and hear Paul Blinken & Harold Rudo aka Mr. Shoe tell their story on how the process took place. Also, hear from other key figures in our culture: DJ Clark Kent, Bobbito Garcia, Stash, Futura, Haze, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and more. Enough talking, peep the video and check out Part 2 after the jump.
