Insole Episode 1 with G-Roc
Back in October 2012 I sat down with two of my Atlanta homies and filmed the first episode of Insole for Sneaker Theater. I spoke on a few sneakers and why they were so important to me as a child. Some of the stories you’ve heard before, especially if you’ve been reading TSG for a while, or if you know me in real life. i enjoyed this video clip….i have similar memories with those turf shoes…course i could never get those deions back then when i was in middle school…but the barry sanders were the first sneaker i bought with my own money ….good times

Great piece G-Roc…can’t wait for part 2. Oh yeah…Black/Infrared 6s will forever be my all-time favorite shoe. I want the WORLD to know this…LOL.
Man… I miss those Barry Sanders. Had a DS pair on ice for years and somebody broke into my house and stole my flatscreen TV/Stereo and… (wait for it) shoe collection. Yah, that hurt! I wanted to cry..lol.. But I got my money up^ and purchased more shoes and moved from that ghetto area to where the white folks live… YEAH BUDDY!

Those Diamond turf (emerald colorway)… are one the most sentimental shoes I ever owned. It was the first shoe I can remember that my older brother (5 yrs my elder) wanted that I owned… lol… wish they retroed that colorway.
