| April 17, 2010 | Comments (19)

Later on this year the Nike LeBron VIII will be unveiled, but Nike isn’t quite done with the LeBron VII line. We’ve seen more colorways of the Air Max LeBron VII than we can count, and it’s time for the 2010 NBA Playoffs. Hooray! As a matter of fact, the Cavs vs Bulls game is on right now. Anyhow, Nike Designer Jason Petrie, designer of the Air Max LeBron VII also made a post season LeBron VII. The shoe is better known as the LeBron VII P.S. (Post Season). In this video, Jason Petrie explains why the LeBron VII P.S. was created, and he also breaks down the features on the shoe.

  1. It’s still a Lebron, so all I can say is YAWN.

  2. Andrew says:

So pretty much the Lebron VII wasn’t good enough to begin with. Nike had to make a new shoe.

  3. Mr. Ha Ha says:

i like the concord version better but the concord reminds me of the XI b/c of the patent leather toe box so the shoe is still a maybe to me

  4. Jayson you need to bring back the old colorways that used to be the main part of the lebron signature line… Stop f ing around with our emotion.. Until yo bring something worth it, i am done buying your crap… I NEED MY SVSM, HARDWOOD CLASSIC AND SO ON… STOP THE BULL CRAP. I am not even watching this video, i am so pissed at them.

  5. JamesBond says:

when he mentioned the heel tab and car part i wanted to smack him as if tinker dident do that.
shoe is nice tho and ya they pretty much did make a better shoe dident say better looking.

  6. 4DRUMZ says:

Two different shoes for two different styles of play! The AM bag will return in the VIII according to leaked information so clearly Nike does not feel they had to improve the shoe. Lebron’s been wearing a new shoe in the post-season for a long time people!

Excellent video and GREAT insight into the new Zoom tech being used! Petrie’s the MAN and is doing great things with the Lebron line! Watching the game right now and the white/black look great on-court!

great video, thanks for posting. I am loving the Cavs playing right now. LeBron and Shaq in the playoffs = EPIC. So far I have bought the first colorway VII’s which i simply love for comfort, quality and preformance. I also bought the playoffs which I’m letting simmer for a while before I break them out. These P.S.’s seem not as nice to look at as the regular LBJ AM VII’s, since I love the full AM bubble. But to be honest depending on how great LBJ plays this post season, hype over these might make me want to cop a pair.

  8. G-Roc says:

Watching the game, and I just wanted to say, LeBron is a beast.

  9. 23edge says:

*edit all-stars not playoffs (my bad)

  10. JamesBond says:

ya no doubt g roc cavs lakers finals

  11. Dream Jordan says:

The LeBron VII looks better than the Air Max LeBron VII to me.

  12. Saw these today… not bad at all

  13. Chaz says:

I like the original VII’s but if these are more durable, then whatever.

  14. DonRos says:

    cool vid G-roc…very insightful.

  15. Yeah for the uninformed Lebron changes to his team shoe during the post season just like 4Drumz said.

  16. weezy23 says:

F the cavs lebrons is still a sore loser and a fn cry baby ill pass on these like I’ve done all the rest! I hope the magic beat them again so he cannot shake there hands and cry once again!

  17. FLiP says:

lebron will not win a championship this year. im not hating on lebron but i got a good feeling the mavs will go to the finals with the magic

  18. 4DRUMZ says:

FLiP – I’m a CAVS fans so obviously I’ve gotta say they’re coming out of the east… but I really think you may be right about the MAVS!

  19. fortydogg says:
