Jordan 6 Rings - 2009 Release
Here’s another look into Jordan Brand’s 2009 footwear line up. The Jordan 6 Rings just released on August 23rd, and it’s more colorways coming soon. Speaking of more colorways, today we have a first look at a colorway that will drop sometime next year.
They feature some type of print on the uppers, but it’s hard to make out the detailing. Hopefully actual pictures will surface soon. Stay tuned! via SCE

I was at Walter’s yesterday …and guess what I heard??..In 2009 THERE WILL BE NO JORDAN RETRO RELEASES…that’s right, everyone who worked at Walters informed me of this and the crazy thing is…they said that ONLY FUSIONS WILL BE RELEASED IN 2009. WOWWW!!! You better try to cop as many CDP’s as you can because 2009 will be a long year for retro Jordan fans.

(Mychelfromatl) Sorry dude thats incorrect…There wont be as many retro releases but there will be releases….The first retro drop of the new year will be there re-introduction of the AJ1 Highs in infrared and black and those blueish colors….There WILL be RETROS…but not many.

As said before, it’s only August and there’s already been a preview of three retro 1s coming out. About the six rings, the bred colorway is ok but they are super played out. The new semester started today and everyone and their grandma was wearing them. Shit, they were burnt on youtube before the release date. I keep OG and only mess with numbered Js 1-14.

^^^^To be honest, I really don’t care if they slow down on the retros. I’d actually prefer that, there’s to many new people in the game getting all these whack colorways thinking they’re the shit. Plus I’m 127 pairs of retro deep, so it won’t ruin my rotation. but like I said, even if they do stop, it’s all a part of a plan to make the demand for them go way up. Everything goes in cycle, so some day they might go back to the Nike air on the back and everyone is gunna say it’s all about the jumpnan logo. it’s basic psycology, People want what they can’t have.
