Jordan 6 Rings Black/Red
On April 1st we reported on the black/white Jordan 6 Rings, and today we take a look at the black/red colorway. Unlike the Concord colorway, the Bred (black/red) 6 Rings features the Air Jordan 6 tab on the heel as well as the Air Jordan 8 straps. Since the 6 Rings and Spiz’ike is family related, we can definitely expect to see more colorways. As of right now we don’t have an exact release date. CONCORD’s over these all the way! Actually… I liked the white pair the best although I’m not sure the heel off the VI’s will go at all in the white!?!?!?
Side note ~ I just got my STEALTH XX3’s from Eastbay and have a few thoughts:
1) This is a LUXURY SHOE… I don’t see at all how this can be a high performing court shoe. That’s OK, I didn’t buy them to ball and most of us don’t! The shoe is HOTTER in real life… Don’t sleep on this colorway! I plan on buying some black laces as many of you suggested.
2) Careful with the water-repellent. The toe-box and tongue is a patent material so don’t spary it. Wipe the spray off of the mid-sole as well. Spray lightly on the stealth gray area only and allow ample dry time. Cover the toe with an old sock. Man, these are HIGH MAINTENANCE kicks!!! I love self-indulgence and I love my wife more for letting me indulge!

Realtalk I feel you about getting them anyway… but come on…. JB is killin us with a bunch of ugly kicks this year… like the 08′ “olympic” 6s… ALL the fusions… and the 6 rings… if I was to get any of them I’d cop the the 6s… but the concord 6 rings are not that bad… I’d never wear’em though
de la SOLE-I’d rather have a million choices than only a few. JB doesn’t care that a few thousand sneakerheads are mad that the newer stuff isn’t an exact copy of the OG’s….there’s millions of other people buying these kicks who don’t care either. I’d rather have JB pump out a new shoe every other day and be able to pick out what I like….way better situation than JB, or any other brand for that matter, only dropping shoes every 2 months or whatever.
im copping this baby for sure…Im a retro only fan!!!!! but this new stuff…some models are nice and fresh!!! like fusion 12 (playoff),the fusion with the 5 (but only og colors)….the same with those new fusion with the 3’s and 20’s…..Also this 6 rings is HOT!!! i don’t think the same about the 6’s olympic….but those spike graysssss…ufffff can wait….

Come on ya’ll……..these Jordans look like SHIT. It’s bad enough we’re spending $310 on a pack that doesn’t include 2 shoes we’ll like……now a 6 rings combination. Jordan Brand is doing a lil too much this year. What they need to do is take that same money and re-release the DMP for the lovers who didn’t get em the first time around.
