To tell u the truth these will be my second venture into high fashion. I copped prada before and they were 350 plus tax and I went to the actual store on 5th ave in nyc to cop em. Anyways I’m a big fan of the design of the shoe. the high tops look really good and for some odd reason that white brown and pink sneaker appears in my dream every night.the black ones are crack and I still might get the all reds. But I’m trying to form a plan to cop these.
Second I take offense to the chump who said real sneaker heads know more than just jordan and nike sb. If I can’t afford the mothafucka, no need in me knowing about it. Second don’t try to belittle everyone who doesn’t know much about high fashion. We all aren’t rich but we are all fans of nice looking kicks. So jump off ya high horse.
Ok now, I think that the price is not outrageous. Although they cost alot of money that means that alot of people would not have them and alot of fakes will follow!But i think the colorways are awesome!

I’ve been saying it since Decmeber, if these ever release there was no way in hell LV would let them go for less than $800…. face it, LV is high end luxury, and you’re always going to pay top dollar for anything they release. I know the price might be crazy for your avergae part-time college student, but for all those LV collectors the price is pretty good compared to their other stuff.

The even more funny thing is that I am sure that, much like the Prada boat sneakers, that people will be in high school rocking these and ESPECIALLY the fakes.
I am waiting for the see-through version of these to hit Canal Street in NYC a month after they release.
And I still say high end buyers will get these easy. The price itself makes it exclusive because not many will buy them at this price (just like 1000+ dollar jeans, 3000+ suits and 350 dollar ties).

The price of these may seem high to most, but think about it this way…How many of you were buying LV before Kanye was endorsing them?!? the cost of a LV has always been high and you think just because the general “sneaker culture” has tapped into a shoe because of a celebrity endorsement, LV is jst going to lower the price?!? NO! The price tag of designer sneakers is much higher definitely in the ball park of these. If Kanye didn’t have his name on these sneakers, i bet most people wouldn’t give these a second glance.It’s all about marketing, and not to say that people are hypebeasts…but people are hypebeasts….lol
