First off, apart from the fact that he wants to win championships. Lebron, Wade and Bosch are great friends. I mean, on this day and age for big time superstars to take a pay cut JUST to play with each other is pretty rare. Specially in the NBA.
I think he made the right choice, and I’m not just saying that because I’m from Miami (go ahead roll your eyes) the fact of the matter is this was the best choice to win.

lebron is stupid for choosing the heat. the rest of the teams will be bums and minimum level players. it takes more than three good players to win a title. he took a pay cut and his points will drop because all the players around him will want the ball. his assists might go up but that won’t win a title. Miami was good enough with bosh and wade. put decent players around them and they could easily win a title. Lebron should have come to the knicks or bulls. if one of the big three bets injured, they are screwed.

He made a decision for his personal gratification but he didn’t acknowledge what was at stake: his home pride. I’ve heard the hate for him is on par with that of Art Modell and I understand why. I believe that the MJ comparisons should cease at once because this act displays the willingness of one who has lost to much and no longer has anything to lose. MJ stayed with the Bulls when they lost to the Pistons (D-Town, Eastside) but LeBron left the Cavs high and dry. The power shift in the league is unattractive too. Everyone will watch and play with the Heat on 2K11, they will become super overrated.

i honestly believe lebron should have stayed in cleveland, only bc he is still young and has time to win a couple titles…i feel hes looking for a shoulder(s) to lean on,the easy way out. Dont get me wrong ima lebron fan, followed him from his high school days until now and on…and we not gonna see the same lebron we seen these past 7 seasons, lk all the spectacular dunks, game winning shots, etc…overall i just hope they live up to the hype..

Every star player…especially of this era…who has won a championship or more….has had another star player around him….i.e., Kobe/Shaq, Wade/Shaq, Tim Duncan/David Robinson and Tony Parker, Paul Pierce/Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen….hell…even Jordan had Pippen….so he did an EXCEPTIONAL job w/ what he was given to work w/. Not down-playing any of his former Cavs teammates, but they are all ROLE PLAYERS. He didn’t have another superstar alongside him…if he had…he would have won TWO Championships already! I can guarantee that! And the blatent disrespect by the Cavs fans and the owner is just SAD! im sorry but i would have taken the money and stayed w/ the team that had the best record last season. They messed up the lineups when we started the playoffs thats why we lost. I dont hate the dude but he is a leader and i cant see why he wouldnt want to play that role. too bad for him considering cleveland is stacked and has money to beef up even more. this will give the existing roster more confidence in themselves ultimately forcing them to play at a higher level i see us still making the playoffs considering the moves we make from here. watch out for Mo, boobie, and west, to become a great gaurd trio.
