MAYOR’s Denim Bespoke AF1 Bootlegged!
WOW! Just WOW! By now everyone knows MAYOR has an ill sneaker design game. When I say everyone I mean everyone, even the bootleggers. This is sad, but also an horror to MAYOR at the same time. His Denim Bespoke Air Force 1′s had the internets (yes, internets) going nuts. Keep in mind MAYOR was one of the first people to design a Bespoke AF1 at 21 Mercer.
The $820 Denim Bespoke AF1 designed by MAYOR was apparently so hot the bootleggers wanted a piece of the action. Well, we understand their goal isn’t to get attention as we know it’s all about a dollar for the bootlegger. A eBay seller is currently offering a few sizes of the MAYOR look-a-like Bespoke AF1′s for $130. Hey look on the bright side, you’ll save 690 bucks.
Can you believe they even had the nerve to put MYR on the insole? The pair MAYOR did featured MYR on the lacelocks. At the end of the day this is crazy. Nike if the bootleggers are making fake Bespoke’s, I think that’s a clear indication that it’s time for MAYOR to officially design his own shoe.
