New York “What The Dunk” Video Footage

I promise this is our last post on the “What The Dunk” madness. The unexpected release caught everyone off guard, and when kicks drop in extremely limited numbers it always results to hype, long lines, campouts, reselling, etc. Well NYC was last on the list for Nike SB’s Nothing But The Truth movie tour. As you can imagine the release was crazy, and as TSG reported people started to line up on Wednesday. SneakrAddicts was on the scene getting footage of this historic release for their upcoming sneaker documentary. Peep the vid and get a little taste of the NYC What The Dunk release (10/20).

Enjoy!

glad cali was 1st…no hype at all. feels real good to have a pair in my size ;)

  5. (sigh)….
wat has this world come to?

  6. ^^^That was at Supreme and DQM held a raffle to cut back on all the stuff you see in the vid. I’m not sure how much the raffle tickets cost, but the dunks were sold for $400 or something like that.

^This is what happens when Nike drops that limited stuff. This should come as no surprise. I had to post it though!

  9. Thanks for posting that video. I was the person holding he camera. We taped the line from wed to sat but 1 guy was actually there from monday. I don’t think there will be this much hype surrounding a sneaker for along time. 1 guy was traded Unkles and Alife pumps for his spot online. In the middle of this clip you can see 25 people surrounding 1 guy because he said he’s coming back to lineup on friday and they wanted him to sign their list. Argument broke out, he threatened to beat anyone up if they threatened him and then someone from the group of 25 people called the cops on the 1 guy.

  10. the sneakers sold for $396. they sold about 40 pairs
