Nike Air Foamposite One House of Hoops

Over the weekend (Saturday to be exact) New York House of Hoops held a special ”limited” release for the classic Air Foamposite One. Nike retro’d the original Penny Foam’s last year, but the pair that just dropped at House of Hoops comes with a few changes. See if you can tell the differences after the jump. It’s been reported that only a small amount of 75 pairs released on July 26th. As you can imagine, these bad boys sold out in a matter of seconds.

We don’t know if these will release in other places, so Penny fans you might want to add this to your prayer list. If they do drop at more accounts we will definitely let you know. via NT

    What’s up G-Roc???? this is off topic, but according to 23iswack under the release date section, the og colorway of the pippen retros are at certain locations. Do you know if there is any truth to this?

    Wow that insole is crazy…can’t believe they did a special release for these…all I can say is it SUCKS big time if you don’t live near House of Hoops…

  17. yo groc! i prefer the 1st retros over these. black on the bottom? that sucks. the insole is pretty cool but i’ll stick to my penny foams. HOH can keep those

    G-roc, is there a spot that you know for sure has the Pippens? Im going crazy trying to track them down. A few sites claimed that a foot locker in NY has them, but I called and they said they have to wait until the launch date (august 23). I live in San diego CA but will fly anywhere to get these kicks. If you know of a for sure spot where I can call and verify they have them, please let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thanks

    These are tough… real tough. I got my 07 retro’s on right now. I actualy like the upgrades though. Nice.
