The Griffey’s make a come back this year in OG goodness, but you know Nike had to release a few retro+ colorways. We reported on the black on black Air Griffey Max 1 retro, and here we have a detailed look at the Black/Infrared colorway. It’s either infrared or max orange. YES! can’t wait. i got the freshwater and going to get the blue ones next month then will add these to the collection. idk about the all black ones that they are saying coming out this winter though

nike loves to kill retros. i dunnno y they do it. At least release quality CWs and not this BS. they shoudlve made a white/red Reds CW for them and these are not it.

they should have made the nike check on the front infrared as well, but other than that they look srt8 to me.
Something about the outsole and the check down the back of these that makes me really like em…..
I’m glad I grabbed the Freshwaters cuz I can’t find any site online that’s still got em in my size…..not really surprised they sold out…..

They str8….Not really makin a “Cinci Reds” statement though, missin a few nuts & bolts imo, but still holdin up the Griffey swag real well….
Not better than the FRESH-WATERS nor the VARSITY-BLUE joints those are classically untouchable… but throw sum red laces in and you in there… at least they waaaay better than the all black ones wasn’t feelin those…. HAppy I can get my FRESHNESS ON!!!! Next comes them blue joints…

Fresh. Wish it had a little more infrared. I hope NIKE doesn’t consider this the “cincinatti” colorway. Anyways G-Roc, did you hear about NIKE making http://www.nikesb.org shut there website down? Its a damn shame. NIKE is f*cking up. I’m seriously getting sick of this brand.
