Nike Air Griffey Max Retro Coming in 2009
This time it’s not an April Fools joke, the Griffey’s will indeed return in 2009. Perhaps TSG was trying to leak some info back in April???? However, the 1995/1996 Air Griffey Max will get retro love in 2009. As of right now we know two OG colorways will drop; White/Black/Mariner Emerald & White/Varsity Royal/Yellow. The Black will drop in April and the Blue will release in June. Retail will be $140. Forget Obama and McCain, VOTE GRIFFEY FOR PRESIDENT!! correct me if I’m wrong G-Roc, but the shoe on the top right looks like it could be the CB34 Max…are they re-releasing the white/black colorway AGAIN? If so, somebody needs to give them the word to drop the all-black pair. Haven’t seen those since ‘94-’95.
