Nike Air Max 1 “Blue Safari”
Nike introduced the Air Max 1 which was designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1987. Not only is Tinker the man behind the Air Max 1, but he also designed the Air Safari in 1987. In 2009, the Air Max 1 and Air Safari become one. Nike created a series of Safari Air Max 1’s for both men and women. The latest drop of the Safari Air Max 1 is the blue colorway for men. The blue safari Air Max 1 is now available at Nike retailers including StandardATL. Contact Standard or your local Nike accounts if you’re interested in the blue safari AM1. The ticket price is $92.

AM1’s are my favorite nike, but I’m not diggin this pair very much, however I got my tru blues and they are sick with it to say the least.

Actually saw these at DQM today and the blue on these is very vibrant. I was tempted but I’ m waiting for the Grand Purple Safari’s to hit. These can be a substitute beater until the blues come out later this month.
