Nike Air Max 1 “Keep Rippin – Stop Slippin”
The “Keep Rippin – Stop Slippin” Air Max 1 pays homage to the Air Safari. Surely we didn’t have to tell you that, but some people are slower than others. Anyhow, the Keep Rippin – Stop Slippin Air Max 1 is in the same pack as the “Runnin Gunnin” Stab, and “King of the Mountain” Air Max 90. The KRSS AM1 is proper, and everyone (minus AF1 heads) would probably prefer these Safari inspired AM1′s over the AF1′s. Nike just proves again how a classic colorway will always have longevity. G you already know from the last Safari post you need to keep ya boy in the know on where to cop in the A. I need these, especially since I just copped my first pair of AM1s and I am hooked.
^Yeah Mello, the pair you were askin about was the Atmos AM1′s and PYS sold them for dirt cheap ($95). They sell for like $450+ now. These are dope and I would much rather have these than the AF1′s. I only bought the AF1′s because of the colorway, but I’m not a AF1 fan at all. KRSS AM1′s have made my day.

Just a tip from NIKE that you probably cant see, the side panel is actually pony hair and these are labeled on the box as SUPREME, and will retail for significantly more than the other 2 in the pack.

To follow up on what Dan said, these are labeled as an Air Max 1 Supreme QK. Color Saftey Orange/Black 332326 801. Comes with an extra set of orange laces with black highlights, pony hair, and a clear some with an image of a ram.

G-Roc, I just got to see and touch these in person today at one of our local spots. In my head “Heaven Must Be Like This” was playing. There is def pony hair on it and the orange looked a bit off from the (03ish) Retro 87s but the sole art and stiching on the back are dope as hell. Of course they weren’t on sale yet but a def cop. Price tag is looking like 120+ but worth it in my opinion. I will have to throw up some comparison shots when I cop em.
I like all three but sense I can’t have the original thing I’d take the air ones. I think they would have com out better if Nike ha stayed true to the running shoe and threw some mesh on the toebox and chose a differnt material other than the”pony hair” maybe suede or the synthethic stuff on the 95s. You basicly have the same look just on a different shoe but of that’s probably good news to those non air one people.
