Nike Air Max+ 2009 Black/Grey/Red

They say this is the most comfortable Air Max to date, what do you think? Well, its a fact that the Air Max+ 2009 is ultra light due to Nike’s new Flywire technology. A few weeks back we reported on the Volt Air Max 2009′s and today we take a look at the black colorway. Both colorways are now available at Finishline stores, and Vault is currently stocking the black version. I don’t think anyone really wants to drop $160, but they are selling well so you might have to man up and break bread. Keep those fingers crossed with hopes of them hitting the sale racks. Check out the pics after the jump!

ahhhh….. they are alright. but i bet they’re gonna b ridiculously priced

  2. From a utilitarian perspective, I’d really like to have these. Even at retail.

  3. smilez says:

these are hot they are a must have

  4. I know everyone is gonna roast me but i think these r extra ugly. not feelin these at all.

If your looking for a running shoe(hypebeasters don’t know a thing about performance) then this is a must have. The most comfortable shoe I have ever been in.

just scooped these up last night…these are hands down the most comfortable air max to date from a performance stand point…the $160 price tag is a bit steep but for a shoe to work out in (with the nike+ technology) and rock with jeans it doesnt get much better than this

  7. I just ordered this colorway last night…great timing as always G…I have heard that they are great as far as comfort, fit, and weight…I can’t wait to get em…good looking to my person at Nike for the swoosh.com employee pricing…$108 shipped

  8. atgbryan says:

like both colorways that have dropped but ill wait til they go on sale

Like I said a couple weeks ago…these are being slept on! What do you people expect the pricing to be? It’s an Air Max! Come on now…what other regular Air Max shoe have you known to be less than $149.99 on the initial release? Trust me; it’s $160 for a reason! The comfort is amazing. I’ve had these for almost a month now, and I just bought my wife a pair. Simply the best Air Max ever made for the foot! Thanks Nike.

I had to get this CW a few weeks back because my local Champs had the Volts/Neons in women’s size only. I have been using my pair to run in every morning and think they’re better made than the lunar racer’s. It’s a shoe that you comfort and quality sneaker heads shouldn’t pass on; just give Nike a chance to release a CW thats fire and then cop.

    wack

  12. 4DRUMZ says:

Gotta agree with all the praise. I prefer the Volt CW. I’ve tried these on and they WILL be in my closet some day… just not at $160 THOUGH if you’ve got the coin they are worth it. Nike ballparked with the completely unobstructed visible air max bag on this one… Performance & Looks… gonna go down in history! Most InSaNe fit and feel you have ever tried on guaranteed!

  13. elementKX says:

They are pretty comfy, but in terms of looks, nothing special. Don’t get me wrong, they nice and all, but nothing to drool over. Design is a little unimaginative.

I’ll wait until they hit clearance.

    love em

  15. TokyoMike says:

All Nike’s with the full air sole suck for training…I’m not talking about an hour of horsecrap training inside an air conditioned gym, I’m talking about out-in-the-sh*t-training……the “plastic-ish” bottoms have ZERO traction when it’s dry….try doing hill sprints when it’s wet outside, and you’ll kill yourself. These look really good, but I’ll stick with New Balance or Pearl Izumi for training purposes.

i have tried these on and i would rather have an old school pair of reebok dmx running shoes….Most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet and i have a lot of shoes…Air Max have never been that great as far as comfort goes to me…and these are ugly by the way besides the Air bubble…

    Isecond the new Balance comment
