Lebron’s NBA season may have ended on a low note but sample pics of his next pro model is about to hit a high note! Sights are on the Nike Air Max Lebron VIII as well as his next move within the NBA. Like his next move, these pics are just as mysterious but we can see some straightforward tech specs from these shots. A full length air unit, flywire technology similar to the Lebron VII. A release is geared towards August-October but we would like to have your thoughts on the silhouette so far. The Lebron VII is the best LBJ shoe to date so do you think the VIII will reign supreme over its forerunner?

Good thing they kept it all white it adds mystery, i wonder where Lebron is going next season?
I think the LeBron 7 will b his best sneaker ever. Dez shits look ugly.
No comment, not until I see more,,, O but I wouldn’t mind seen him balling in these passing the ball to D.wade! Hint, hint!
Wow, these look very lame.
Not feeling what I can make out thus far. Looks like a lotta unnecessary bells and whistles
Hmm. the lebron 7 is his best sneaker lebron has since his 1st low top lebrons back in ’06. what colors are going on those sneakers at the end of summer. Cavalier c.w, heat c.w, Knicks c.w, who knows.
Ultimately, the Lebron VIIs were amazing and there’s pretty much no way that the Lebron VIII can top the design of the VII. But people are going to compare the two which really is not fair considering they’re gonna be two completely different sneakers.
lebron 7′s havent been out for that long though..y the sudden addition already? i could def see more cw’s of the 7 though.
Due to these being released around August I doubt we are gonna see mockups of this shoe in any potential team colourway since it would give away to much of the silhouette. Plus the White also plays into the fact he is still a Free agent . Makes you wonder why he doesn’t use grey the real neutral color instead
Still LBJ23 huh? Shouldn’t he be getting a new logo with a new number? Dig the shoe so far, even in white/white.
@ kreft very good point ! But since these are samples I think it would be safe to say any logo we see is just a placeholder
I think that the VIII will be better than the VII. I think the logo will be changed by the time they release though. I can’t wait to see colorways and better pics. I love Lebron shoes!!!
Looks like Nike has made some more grown man baby booties.
LEBRON 6′S 7′S 8′S 9′S 10′S DOESNT MATTER THERE ALL WACK!!!!!
Way too much going on with these. I definitely hate the pebbled leather. Let’s hope the end result is a lot better. Maybe some color would help as well.
these look like theyre gonna be nice. but im sure it will be a love hate kinda thing. i mean everybody went crazy over jordan 11′s…but the 12s? not so much. even tho i prefer 12′s over 11′s.
12′s are better than 11′s. That’s no illusion.
These look decent cant wait to ball in them i played hs ball in my LBJ 7′s the were comfortable
Yeah I agree with CK 12s are better than the 11s . Are impressive to look at on certain colorways but it can’t be done in a lot colorways due to the patent leather and the silhouette. On the subject of the 8s I hope the shoe tongue doesn’t slip to much. Hopefully he only releases a few colors instead making a ridiculous amount .
^^^ YOURE ALL WILDIN LOL 11′S ARE 10000000X BETTER THAN THE WACK@ASS 12′S AKA BOOTS……

WELL, JUST LIKE WITH THE JORDAN LINE, YOU CAN’T CONSTANTLY COMPARE EVERY SINGLE SHOE IN THE LINE TO YOUR FAVORITE. THEY’RE ALL DIFFERENT IN SOME WAY/SHAPE/FORM AND WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ASPECTS YOU LOVE AND HATE. I DON’T COMPARE THE JORDAN 3 (MY FAVORITE) TO THE JORDAN 12. I DON’T COMPARE THE 3 TO THE 4 EITHER, EVEN THOUGH THEY’RE RIGHT “NEXT” TO ONE ANOTHER, SO I WON’T COMPARE THE LEBRON 7 (GREAT SHOE) TO THE 8, WHICH WE/I HAVEN’T SEEN YET….UNLESS IT’S SIMPLY A SMALL TWEAK ON ESSENTIALLY THE SAME SNEAKER, WHICH WE CAN SEE IT ISN’T. I WILL SAY IT’S NICE TO HAVE A LINE OF SHOES WE CAN SEE SNEAK PICS OF, AND HAVE SOME SORT OF ANTICIPATION AS FAR AS WHAT IT’LL LOOK LIKE, HOW IT’LL PERFORM ETC, LIKE BACK IN THE DAY WHEN THE INTERNET WASN’T SO PROMINENT IN THE SNEAKER GAME.
Nike pls keep the OG’s colorway like SVSM,AKRON,CHALK and so on. Lebron stop playing game and stay in Cleveland…
I totally agree with TokyoMike. If you do wanna start comparing. I guarantee these will be a better perfoming shoe than the VII. The main flaw on the VII was the lack of ankle support and lockdown. From what I know of this shoe its a higher cut which is suppose to help with that. Alot better materials have been selected for this shoe. You can tell that just by looking at the leather and carbon on it. The only thing I don’t like is the all white colorway of this peticluar shoe. All white doesn’t work here in Portland, Oregon were it rains half the summer sometimes (just like now)
censored asian porn….what
shouldnt there be a new logo insead of the “L23″ logo, due to lebron’s number change to 6…wonder what it will be…??
Ehhh…
Looks pretty good. I have to disagree with TokyoMike on the comparisons though. I guess some of what he is saying is true that each sneaker is unique, but they are all still basketball sneakers. You would eventually have to compare if you are going to figure out which pair you want to wear, whether it is casual, for sport, or both.
So I would compare the Air Jordan 11 to the boot like Air Jordan 12 on certain aspects and I can do the same for the Lebron VII verses the Lebron VIII.
I will admit that the tech used in some if the next gen sneakers can help make them totally un-comparable, such as looking at the adidas K8 Vs that Audi adidas version Vs. the current Nike V’s. Now that is a hard direct comparison… nevertheless, you better do some type of comparing because you may not like “the feet your wear” Vs “flywire”
