Nike Air Penny II Retro – Catalog Pics
The Air Penny II retro has finally made an appearance. Last year the retro news about the Penny II and Pippen I was posted at the same time. The Pippen’s have already been seen several times, but this is our first glance at the highly anticipated Penny II retro.
In case you didn’t know, the Nike Air Penny II was part of Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway’s signature line. The Air Penny commercials will go down in history, and they wouldn’t have been the same without Lil Penny (Chris Rock voice). A sum total of three colorways were released in 1996, and we can clearly see that two OG colors will return. Everyone knows the Black Penny II’s are the most sought after out of the three. The Air Penny II retro will begin to hit stores in October, retail $135. via Fear23 (NT)
In other retro news, we have also discovered that Nike is going to retro the OG Varsity Royal Blue and Black Air Bakin’s. Now that’s whats up!

Not sure if the Oct and Nov is correct because Fear23 said the Black Penny II’s will drop in October.

These make me miss the past, the commercials for these & Jordans were way above par back then. The sneaker commercials these days just dont cut it, or is it that commercials from those days were just that great.
But Im gonna love reliving those good ole days with these on my feet. Man I miss being a kid. I remember when I was a boy I had to walk uphill in 2 feet of snow for 20 miles, dont mind me Im just practicing being a ole man… Well enuf of my rambling, Peace!
