Nike Air Pippen Retro – Summer 2010
Oh yes, Nike is bringing back the other original Air Pippen colorway next year. This Scottie Pippen model first hit the scene in 1997, and has been said to be one of the best in the Air Pippen family. We recently reported on the first OG Air Pippen retro being on sale at Footaction for $49.99. Those bad boys are long gone at most locations, but the tar colorway is still sitting on the sale racks.
Come Summer 2010, Nike will bless Pippen fans with the re-release of the white Air Pippen. Just like the black Air Pippen, this is the first time Nike has ever retro’d this colorway. The Air Pippen family will also give birth to a new colorway; white/orange. You don’t have to wonder anymore, the white Air Pippen is on the way, but you’ll have to wait until next year to purchase. via NT

i love all this retro stuff but come on enough is enough…how many old shoes r they going to bring back??? im sure these people get paid alot of $ to create something new, do it! wait JUST DO IT!!! sick of all the old do something new for once…
The white pips are my fav but I would have prefered them to put the og air soles back in instead of those cheap thin ones they have been using. Leaving the traction pattern and gel stripes clear like the ogs would have been a plus as well. Im just waiting for the white red XIIs to drop, cant wait for those!
only thing i dont like about the pippens they been retroing is they get the same crease in the same spot of the shoei didnt even wear mine a lot and they creased up in 2 pair of mine so if i get these may be cop 2 or cop em wear once or twince and put em away

sorry trey^^ i dont agree with ya bro, i catch a slight case of nostalgia every now and then, i like to see kicks come back that i wore when i was a kid, it brings back those great moments in my childhood whenever i did good on my report card and my moms would cop me J’s or the OG huarache’s and the air missions(junior seau’s), and the diamond turf trainer with the strap, or the barkleys, or BO Jacksons, you see where im going with this? and there are plenty of new hot sneakers out there lebrons, kobe’s, new flightposites, air max 2009 very good stuff comin out

Man nike and JB are coming pretty hard next year, and low key..I think i’ma pick up those orange ones too, they’ll go pretty hard in the summer…
The all-white’s have some changes, making it not true to the original but still a worthy grail. Hate to mess with the “tangerines” Nike’s taking a step back with this one. These Pippen’s I highly recommend only for post up players. Roll your ankles on these and it’s game over for a couple of months. I feel the tar/sunset are a sleeper hit, get em’ while there still cheap.

Whites are so stank-nasty-fresh I can’t even think str8. As much as JB kinda f***s up, Nike giving us alot of retros we ALL like, well, I can’t complain one bit about that.
^^^ true that. They say 2010 but they should release around now the orange are like a Halloween colorway I font like the orange but I want the white ones now!!!!!!!!
I LOVE THESE SHOE…IT FEELS GOOD WHEN I PLAY IN MY HIGHSCHOOL GAMES.
