Nike Air Raid Retro Black/Grey/White – Update
Last week we reported on this OG Air Raid colorway. They were suppose to release next month, but several of Nike’s April retro releases have already started to hit stores this month. This 1992 colorway returns in it’s original form for the third time. Check with your local Nike accounts for availability, and most accounts should get them this week, if not already. The ticket price is $95.

Being stuck in Germany I am forced to copp a lot of my stuff online…I haven’t seen these anywhere though.
Does anyone know if Nike changed the name of the Raids this time around?

^^^ bootleg craig- When the AJVIII’s dropped back in 92′, these were believed by many to be a possible Nike project for an outdoor version of the VIII.
Originally supposed to be the Air Jack, the Air Raid has become a classic among AJ heads, and shoe heads alike.
That’s cool if you don’t feel’em. I back in the 90’s, I used to hate on the Raids too. But as I got older, I fell in love, because I realized how much of the design was tied into the Air Jordan family…thanks to Tinker and other Nike designers.
Do any of you cats know where/and if this Retro is available ONLINE!!?? …and if Nike kept the same Air Raid name??
Who copped the 08′ Retro already? Please look at the box and tell me what the label says…

These are actually the “Outdoor 8s.” Back in the day Nike got some backlash about the 8s having poor outdoor capabilities so they made the Air Raids; which were better suited for the outdoor blacktop player.
