Nike “Transformers” Package – August 9th
The news we’ve all be waiting for. Ever since the 1st pics leaked of the Air Trainer III “Transformers” people have been patiently waiting for the release. The rumor was they would release in July sometime around the release of the movie. After weeks passed many started to lose faith, and it was being said that Nike would no longer release them. However let the rumor be put away with the rest of them. KATC reports that the Air Trainer 3 “Transformers” will release on Thursday (August 9th) at select Nike accounts. No info on how much they will retail for, but they will release along with a Transformers package. We don’t know what other Transformers sneakers will come with the pack. The Optimus Prime Trainer will drop, and that’s all we need to know. Good luck to everyone that’s been waiting on these to drop!
UPDATE: Thanks to Freshness we now have pics of the other shoes that will release with the Transformers package. From these pics we can see Nike removed the Transformers logo and replaced it with Nike.

Not only are Nike my favorite shoes, and Transformers my favorite toy, but the Air Trainer III is my all time favorite sneaker.

We all have been waiting on the same info. The info states the release is today (Aug 9th), but I haven’t spoken to anyone that was able to get a pair. I checked with my staff in NYC and it’s still a darn mystery. Stay tuned to TSG, we’ll keep you posted with the latest news on this dope release.
