These look like fake Nikes to me.

  2. atgbryan says:

lots of little details and a good cause, not a p.rod fan, so pass for me

Pretty historic….these will be the first Nike SB available on Nike.com…So that kinda begs the question..how are models choosen for the kids? No disrespect but I cant REALLY see some kid choosing P-Rod 3′s to design…is nike maybe testing the waters for Nike SB availability on Nike.com??? (Or am I just reading WAYYYYY to much into it lol)

  4. fillup703 says:

i don’t think sb on nike.com will happen. the skateboard community is gonna flip. even if the kid knew nothing about sb he could have been like “i like to skateboard” and the designers take it from there. this is such a great cause and for the most part the sneakers are dope, which says something about nike designers haha.

  5. c brown says:

^^I would tend to agree with you except for that red headed step child in the corner, Nike 6.0…which is very much available on Nike.com….Those Encore highs are pretty fresh but 6.0 doesn’t really get love…if the kid was into boarding..this would be a great opportunity to bring 6.0 a lil shine…..(im still trying not to read TOOO much into it LoL..)

  6. zane says:

C Brown …i wanted to let you know that theese kids make designs but their designs just like crap…..if u copped te retro 1′s or any doernberchers from last year, they soed the childs actualy drwaings and talk about crap…..im sure the kid has a say in something but the design…no…the retro 1 last year had alll the deatail and crap but was nothing like wat the kid drew on his pic…

  7. mile-high-sneaks says:

wasnt feelin theese till i remembered that the kid’s prolly like 9, and this design is exactly what i woulda made as 9yr old, camo skulls an dirtbikes yadiig? ha

  8. fillup703 says:

c brown, 6.0 is the step child no one cares about. the reason people care about sb is because its more limited and whatnot. 6.0′s hit the outlets like crazy and im assuming runs are huge. the skateboard community was in an uproar when nike decided to jump in the game. sb is just carried in skate shops and runs are much more limited as opposed to 6.0 in places like journeys. putting sb on nike.com not only dumbs down the product but it takes the money out of the shops, so i doubt that’ll happen.

  9. lilbusta2318 says:

fillup – I am not disagreeing or agreeing with you. However, do you buy a shoe based on whether or not you like it or based on how limited it is? Yes, I agree that SB shouldn’t be sold on nike.com so every tom, dick and harry doesn’t have a pair…but there are plenty of shoes on nike.com that every tom, dick and harry might have but I will still cop because I like it. Just food for thought.

  10. fillup703 says:

i buy stuff because it’s nice dont get me wrong im not a fan of wasting money but 6.0′s have pretty nice colorways if you ask me and look at how they’re looked at in the sneaker community. most people relegate them to beaters and whatnot. put those same colors on an sb and we’ll see how they sell. it’s sad really that it’s like that but that’s the way it is. the love of the shoe is what compels you to buy a sneaker not a swoosh or a jumpman. man this is some good ish guys.

Fillip….I think that the point that your missing is Nike is a business first and foremost…Skateheads can say whatever they want but Nike don’t care it’s always about the dollars….the truth is the SB line has been sagging for at least two almost three years now…Nike SB vendors are the only ones not allowed to RTV items(return to vendor) due to the premium of carrying SB…the issue is with alot not selling…vendors are discounting the hell outta items to get rid of them (sales at SB shops are norm no longer the exception) Overstock not allocated was being sent to Nike Factory Stores until this last Spring/Summer…Nike made the “business” desicision to restock all vendors with left over merchandise…that’s why old SB’s popped up again…well some Vendors were not happy…items that had been deeply discounted were now back like herpes in full size runs…you don’t wanna piss off your rep so they took them back…but reluctantly…so for the Fall/Winter merchandise…alot of SB overstock is being sent back to Factory stores (holla if you need me to find some gems..good stuff out there) or believe it or not local large lot buyers…think Marshalls, Ross, TJ Max, etc (just copped Mosqito’s at Ross for $26.99)..Nike has watches online retailers like CCS, SPOT, PYS..make money why shouldn’t they get in the game….You know how many online SB shops there are???

  12. fillup703 says:

yeah i get the point your trying to make but we all have our opinions on the issue. hit me up with a pair of mosquitos i wear a 9 or 9.5 haha.

  13. c brown says:

^^LoL…gotta move quick…Not sure where your from but check out your local Ross or Nordstroms rack…I got an inside dudes down in(shout to Offbad AND Joeysole NT) Philly and NJ they’re always on the look…Just got some Cool Grey Spizikes and P Rod cool waters flown in for $29.99 and $24.99 respectivily…Its business..and kicks aint movin like they used to…

  14. fran says:

    I’m gonna cop these

  15. doom says:
