You know they say hype kills, but for eBay seller babooose, hype pays. Looks like payday is going to be very fruitful for the lucky guy that got Nate Robinson’s Nike KryptoNate Foamposite Lite’s. It’s 3 hours left and the current bid is $9,200 (< that’s no typo). We expected these bad boys to sell for a grip, but 9 stacks? It will be interesting to see the final bid.
Thus far, things are looking good for babooose. The high bidder has 130 feedback. For those of you that’s not hip to eBay terminology, the higher the feedback means your chances of getting paid is looking promising.

my take on this is that it was a joke on selling fake kixs but he found out it went to far he called up one of his friends and told him to bid higher than the other person bidding and thats why he had one feedback.
i’ll laugh my ass off if they come out as general release in a couple months.

Nate is a size 10.5 so the fact that the seller claiming they were game worn is out of the picture. I can’t specify anything about the authenticity.

for those who don’tk now the info as far as “availability”. Nate had TWO pairs made for him and there are 2 samples, so thats 4 pairs. i DOUBT these are fakes because of WHEN they appeared on ebay. but hey, bid at your own risk

First off its EBAY…i think everyone needs to relax…the dude who won has…drumroll please….1 feedback…the chance of him “paypaling” $23k is extremely unlikely…2nd these are more then likely not fake…think about it…the lites pretty much just came out plus this colorway including designs… etc..this is a collabo between Nike and Marvel…Alot of hurdles have to get jumped before these ever see MASS production….limited “samples” are okay as they are not produced for re-sale..what the dude should have done was take a pic of the inside on the shoe….Im pretty sure a couple pairs had to be made in case one didnt fit right or someother problem…The VIP card has Nate’s name on it so im pretty this is one of his crew…..Hey to each is own..Im sure they are gonna drop..they will look a little different but they will drop..

well its probably a hoax auction because sometimes NIKE puts a pair of unreleased sneakers or sample pair on EBAY and see how well they do and if the bid is good probably will release it!!!!!!trust me i know ppl at nike who do this.
