Nike SB March 2008 Quickstrike Releases
We’ve already reported on Nike SB’s March ‘08 line up, and today present their Quickstrike releases for this month. The Trainer TWII SB and Bo Rods have both started to pop up at select Nike SB accounts. The first P-Rod High has made it’s debut, and they were designed by Nike’s own Sandy Bodecker. It has been reported that the Goat, Rooster, and Parrot on the toe box are hidden messages. A Mexican song by Los Tucanes makes reference to these animals and they represents different types of drugs; Goat (Heroin), Rooster (Weed), and Parrot (Cocaine).
The second Trainer TWII SB release features a gold and brown colorway. Your local Nike SB accounts that usually stock the limited releases should get these sneakers soon, if not already. Check with them for more info and availability. Info/Images via in4mation and TOKINDAILY

those sb trainers came out pick like 2months ago…dang they got those super early aren’t they an asia exclusive?..oh ya roc i found the air force one inside out albis pack man its been over 2months i’ve been trying to get the shoe not the size i want but hey got take what is given to you sometimes lol
thats crazy about the bo rods if its true!!! but yeah g-roc, you should check out one of their videos on youtube called “fiesta en la sierra” it shows some of the big time drug dealers in it, inluding the queen of the pacific!!!
i would cop the P-Rod highs…
but i aint paying $200 for ‘em…
and those trainers are horrible…
but the 3m swoosh will have people still buy ‘em…

That story about the Bo rods is true.Theres a song called los tres animales( the 3 animals) by los tucanes de tijuana in which they use analogies of the three animals.its basicaly mob/druglord influenced music… pretty badass song if your fluent in the language and if youre of mexican decent. the parrot , the goat and rooster are often used as slang terms when refering to the drugs..Theres a whole genre of music called narco corridos which is basically songs/music that speak and tell stories of drug cartels and druglords in which they idiolize and admire this individuals.. i’ll try to look for the song and translate it
