Nike SB P-Rod 2 St. Valentine's Day Massacre

The Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 2 aka P-Rod 2 “St. Valentine’s Day Massacre” doesn’t give off the common I Love You message. According to the info provided, the red splatter represents blood and the inspiration for this P-Rod colorway came from the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.

The Saint Valentine’s Day massacre is the name given to the shooting of seven people as part of a Prohibition Era conflict between two powerful criminal gangs in Chicago, Illinois in the winter of 1929: the South Side Italian gang led by Al Capone and the North Side Irish/German gang led by Bugs Moran. Former members of the Egan’s Rats gang were also suspected to have played a large role in the St. Valentine’s Day massacre, assisting Capone. via Wikipedia

The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre P-Rod 2 is in the Nike SB February line up…

these have a crazy story behind them

  5. Matt Jones – Contact your local Nike SB account. Different P-Rod’s come in each month or so. The P-Rod was born in 2005, and since then Nike SB has been dishing out new colorways.

The P-Rod 2’s have come out in several colors thus far. Log on to nikeskateboarding.com and use the store locator to find your local skate shops. They should be able to answer all your other questions. I hope this helps!
