Nike Trainer Dunk “Swimming Pool” – Olympic Series
We saw a sneak peak of the clear Trainer Dunk Low on Monday. At the time very little info was available, and thanks to Kix-Files we have the full run down. Some people started calling them Espo Trainer Dunks, but Espo didn’t play any part in this design. This Trainer Dunk Low is part of the Olympic Gold Series, so that explains the gold featured on the sneakers.
They represent “Swimming” and swimming pool artwork is seen on the insoles. The uppers features waved satin which is slightly reflective. Nike’s “Swimming Pool” Trainer Dunk Low is an Asia exclusive.
You can now add another shoe to Nike’s Clear Sneaker list
they still wack in my book…
but when you 1st leaked ‘em G..
everyone hated on ‘em…
now lets watch the 180 degree flip..
because they have a story, and are asia exclusive..

Ok, I wont lie, I really like the looks of this shoe, but I have one problem..and I hate to be a buzz-killer, but this is what I think.
1) The shoe looks great IMO.
BUT
2) This shoe would be BETTER if used for TRAINING purposes. It has alot of potential as far as shoe technology and can actually be benefitial to an athlete, IF the clear sections were replaced with lets say…mesh.
Not trying to be negative, but would just like to see a dope colorway, like this, that’s geared more towards performance (in THIS case).
Actually, if I can I.D. this kick it would solve everything. Can we? Ima go check…

It like, putting clear on a SB Dunk. Would that be better for skaters? I’m not a skater, but I wouldn’t think so.
The clear would get to hot.
And if you want the clear to just chill and look like you own the place…that’s what the invisible woman AF1’s and Espo’s are for…
But that’s just my 2 centavo’s…

I agree with the the homie Get Money….when the leak was posted cats was killing these but now that they “Limited” just watch….I’m not gonna front, Im not really into the clear sneakers, even those Espo’s are only okay, its something about your socks being out that is wack to me…..I guess my Air Rifts are as close as I get to having my foot out..

CB – You own a pair of Rifts???? WOW, that’s whats up, but I know most guys would be worried about what other people would say. I bought my ex a pair of Rifts and I bet she doesn’t even wear them.
As for the Trainer, I’m good. However, I love Espo’s. That was the 1st and it was just somthing about a clear sneaker that was so different.

as far as clear kicks i think the CLOTS were the best..and im with you g-roc the insole is the best part of the shoe.
