Nike Vintage Dunk “Be True To Your School”
It’s official, Nike will NEVER run out of ideas. The “Be True To Your School” campaign will return once again next year. Nike SB also hooked up a pack of Dunk Hi’s with the BTTYS theme. In 2008 the BTTYS Dunks will release again, but this time with a vintage twist.Â
The original BTTYS campaign was introduced back in 1986, and the collection was made in college basketball team colors. During this time period the Dunk was getting it’s first taste of the lime-light by making appearances in NCAA tournaments. Kentucky, Syracuse, Michigan, Iowa, Georgetown, Arizona, UNLV, and more hooped in BTTYS Dunks back in ‘86. Alongside the Dunk Hi was also the Dunk Low decked out in college colors. The Terminator was also a top pick on the college BB courts, and they will also release next year with vintage surgery.Â
Nike will release the “Be True: The College Colors Program” aka BTTYS collection in January. The Dunks will drop with a vintage make up which makes them appear like the originals. via ComplexÂ

and allso it is cool to step up on school with a new pair of sneakers that noone will think is new… shoeattention is cool but just gotta love the freedom sometimes;)

i think im going to open a store, we will wear ur new shoes for you so u dont have to wait for them to look old & used, lol… im not into buying shoes that look used, im lil to anal for it. im the guy who cleans my shoes after i wear them, sure alot yall do too. i think i only wear socks bout 3 times or so. socks are normal thing in my cart when grocery shopping, works out cause i always have bags & bags of socks to polish my car with. ocd is a great disease. ha. peace yall & if anyone wants to pay me to wear there shoes for em let me know…ha

Overall the pink box BTTYS were better. The only things worth copping are the iowas.
