The Silver Anniversary + Just Do It history…

Wow! Has it really been 25 years? Wieden + Kennedy informs us that Twenty five years ago this month, Nike aired its first “Just Do It” commercial with 80-year-old, Walt Stack. But did Walt really say he runs 17 miles every morning? Jeez! I definitely need to step my running game up. I thought I was doing something with my cute five mile runs. After you’re done watching the first Just Do It commercial, watch Dan Wieden speak on the origin and inception of the popular Nike slogan.

Just Do It.
