Nike definitley took care of their customers and athletes during the 2008 Olympics with the Olympic inspired Air Force 1 to the Air Max 1 to the Hyperdunk in a variation of homeland inspired colorways. The Nike Air Max BW Classic was among the select few that were to receive the USA Olympic treatment but the sample featured today sadly never made it to production. The dark obsidian, metallic gold, white and varsity red Air Max BW would have been a shoe-in for a gold medal in terms of solid releases.
