Parra x Patta Nike Air Max 1 Release | Overseas Photo + Video Recap
The past weekend saw the release of the much talked about Nike x Parra Air Max 1 at the Patta and Nike 1948 stores. Sneaker enthusiasts and fans alike started to line up in the cold on Friday, a day before the unshackle. Fans familiar with the hype surrounding the shoe and the eBay prices coming, wanted to make sure they got theirs. So, take a pictorial journey of the shoe you couldn’t get in the US. Well, at least not yet..
Saturday, February the 13th was the release and opening day for the shoe. Take a look at the huge hungry crowd in front of the Patta store and the line outside at Nike 1948 (last image). The Patta store released about 200 shoes for sale on location, with Nike 1948 getting about 10 to 15 pairs.
The US will be getting pairs of these beauties and the winning lottery store will be, Nike NSW 21 Mercer. The word on the quantity? Expect about a hand full of these. Yes, a hand full. We’re talking about a little over a full size run (let’s all pray that this is wrong). As far as the date, we don’t have one yet, but we at TSG want you to stay in the loop. trust me it will only be a handful G-ROC i queued in london i was number 10 in the queue and after me the only siize left was a UK 4.5!!!!!!!!
and with that 2 guys in front of me never got a pair coz of the limited sizing
believe the hype it’s real i think the size run was
1 size 7, 1 size 8, 3 size 10, 1 size 6, 2 size 9, 1 size 11 (which i copped), 1 size 4.5 and that was it!
dope shoe..but too much hype.
