The Pearl Foamposite Pro was suppose to release tomorrow, May 23rd at House of Hoops. At the last minute the release date was pushed to May 19th, so you know that caught people off guard. Who ever knew so many people wanted this shoe? By now you’ve probably heard about how deep the line was at House of Hoops NY. Peep the image above to see for yourself. Campout King, Paul from LavishLivez reports that the line was 600 people deep! We heard the line was crazy, but 600 deep crazy…WOW! I guess this is flawless proof that sneakerheads have much love for Pearl Foams.

how many pairs did they have?
they had 600 pairs, and i was lucky enough to get a pair in my size. when they dropped on may 19th they only took down 600 names cause they had 600 pairs. there was way more then 600 people there, waay more. i was lucky number 591…long story short once they reached #400 they shut the store down n the cops shut it all down cause it got too hectic. they told everybody come back next morning at 9:00 n not everybody was able to come back. i took off work got there at 8:00 n sure enough they started from # 400 on the list n i say not even half the people showed back up. I was able to get my size 10, and be out the store by 10:00 the latest.

I can’t believe the hype for these…I mean they’re nice but 600 people!!To me, the royal blue or eggplant foams were much nicer than these IMO

The Pearls are lovely indeed. I was real tempted to cop on osneaker when that 12 was up, but it sold with a quickness. All good, maybe down the road.
