Puma Lawsuit

Puma just recently won a verdict against a store in Shanghai, China that was selling fakes, variant, or bogus sneakers using a logo very similar to Puma’s. After taking the supermarket to court, the supermarket was ordered to pay Puma $13,100 in damages for their infringement on the company’s logo. The fake sneaker market is so out of hand in these days they even make knock-off Puma’s. It use to be just Nike products, but it has now spread. Info: ChinaDaily
