It’s almost showtime for Joe and the Sneaker Bistro crew. Tomorrow, March 21st is the big day we’ve been hinting about. TSG gave you a sneak peak at these kicks and last week we posted the inspiration video. Here we have the official press release image minus the write up. Sneaker Bistro is good friends with us and we just wanted to use our on words, but you can read the press release after the jump.

The shoes will be available tomorrow, so NYC heads make sure you swing by Sneaker Bistro to pick up a pair of these tasty kicks. They also take phone orders for all the outsiders. By the way, these kicks make me hungry.

Holding down their rep as one of the top sneaker destinations, Sneaker Bistro in Long Island constantly serves up the freshest kicks. As the name suggests, the shop maintains a foodie aesthetic – decor and vibe suggest restaurant, but the product assortment reminds one that Sneaker Bistro is nothing short of a world class boutique.

For their Summer 2009 Double Label Retailer Project with DC, Sneaker Bistro chose to stick to the shop’s thematic. The shoe’s colors look straight off an Italian restaurant plate – reds of tomato sauce, creams of pasta, whites of alfredo sauce cover the upper, and the shoe is served with three different laces: Spaghetti, Linguine, and Fettuccini. The soles of the sneakers are served with
a special recipe of the owner’s favorite dish, Shrimp Oregano, printed on the insole — ingredients and all.

The release date is set for Saturday, March 21st at 12PM at Sneaker Bistro.
